Google Authentication Data: We access Google Authentication Data to facilitate your Karigor AI Services through Google. This includes your Google Account email and profile information. This data is used to authenticate you and to access your Google Account. This data is not used to train our AI models.

Messenger & WhatsApp Data: We process phone numbers and message content to facilitate your business messaging through Messenger & WhatsApp. This data is used to send and receive messages to your customers. This data is not used to train our AI models.

5. "Limited Use" Disclosure (Google API Mandate)

Karigor AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not allow humans to read this data unless: (a) we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages to resolve a support issue; (b) it is necessary for security purposes (e.g., investigating abuse); or (c) to comply with applicable laws.

We do not use this data for advertising.

We do not use this data to train generalized AI models.

Primary Storage: Your data is primarily stored on secure cloud servers (e.g., AWS/Google Cloud, OpenAI, Vercel,etc.).

Data Mirroring: To comply with the emerging Personal Data Protection Ordinance of Bangladesh, we may maintain a mirrored copy of user identification data on servers located within Bangladesh. By using the Service, you consent to this cross-border transfer and redundant storage.

Standard Retention: We retain your data for the duration of your subscription.

Deletion Protocol: Upon account termination, data is queued for deletion and permanently removed after 90 days if only the user requests for deletion.

Exception: Data subject to a "Legal Hold" order under the Cyber Security Act 2023 will be retained until the order is vacated by a competent court.

We employ encryption (TLS 1.2+), access controls, and regular vulnerability scanning. Our application undergoes an annual CASA Tier 2 security assessment to validate compliance with Google's security standards.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
